project audit or assessment is a review of a project to determine, from an independent perspective, the status and viability
of a project. Things such as: project plans, staffing levels, staff skills, project organization, approach or methodology,
test plans, implementation plans and contingency plans will be reviewed. They will be compared to industry best practices
as well as to your published or required time frames. We will also compare the expected results to the business requirements
and give you our assessment of the project’s status.
